Rear Inner Fender Hole Plug

I put my pannier brackets on when I got my bike and have only used them a couple of times since my Triumph tank and tail bag are enough for over nighters. I finally got tired of looking at them but have no idea what happened to the original under seat fender pan.
So black gorilla tape came to the rescue.
