turning 60 5th of march still getting it you are as young as you feel so feel all the young ones you can

I'm scared to get any older. All my joints feel like they have been beat on wot a hammer.

And that seems to be the prime indicator on how we feel about getting older Norm. That is, how one's joints are holding up and the level of pain. I see guys nearing 80 who are still running while all I can say is that I remember running.

A few years ago a young kid told me that I'm only as old as I feel, as if aging was a state of mind. I asked him who told him that.
