Thought I would take a pic and throw it out there. Here is a shot of my exhaust port, all pretty much identical. Running rich is I am sure out of the question. But is it too lean or just about right??

Looks too lean to me.
Hard to say from the pic,
but my front port was black from soot (unburnt fuel)
My middle one was light brown, just about right,
my back one was grey like that with no soot, and it was lean.
That's why I want to run 3 open headers,
so I can "sniff" each one and get each cylinder just right.

Too lean is what I was afraid of . I was pretty much stock with modified OE mufflers and bypass pipe. Bodies were balanced as long as the input plastic wear was off and no way to adjust with it on. Won't be a problem soon, KN's with open secondaries and lots of fuel.
