Is it possible to have a leak from the right lower bolt that holds the chrome in place? I think that is where I have a small leak. pulled the screw out and rad fluid started coming out. On the up side if a rad shop cant fix my radiator then after market ones are 215 plus shipping on e bay (gpi racing). I dont know probably have to pull the whole thing apart again (just fixed detent spring). Or I could just leave it for now just a few drops here and there. And fix it before next summer.

The coolant system here is very low capacity. If you try and repair this some janky way by jb weld and ramming longer screws ... you may ... no.... you will regret it when you have a warpped head from coolant lost and an over heat.
Fix it correctly.
Fortunately there are radiator repair companies probably locally to you that can fix this issue for about $100 same day
The one near me in MD (remsburg radiator) would do a repair like that for about $50 including testing it.
Do not waste your time with jb weld and other poorly advised things.

Of course you can also buy a Chinese radiator and the holes may line up with the bolts
And with the new rad you will want to replace all the hoses (i recommend triumph hoses) then you'll want to flush and put new antifreez
And that's what I recommend if you can not see a radiator leak. Or you your not capable of mixing jb weld.
I used jb weld on the bottom of mine and yes one of these years it might leak

When I did mine the triumph were cheaper but that was quite a while ago.
Seems like a lot of the guys like the silacone i guess I'm just old school.
Did you see how much rubber from the OEM hoses came out of mine when I did my flush from the OEM hoses? Yea. No thanks. Imo those hoses are not the greatest quality.

Mine did not have anything in them i kept as spares looked as good as new might have been the type of antifreeze that was used.
