R3T saddlebad liners from TLC Products

Received an email today that the Liners were on it's way to Holland!?
I had alredy received a set which were indeed to small.


I mailed to Brent from TLC and this is his reply which is Topclass:


"Due to a design issue with our first set shipped to you, We have made corrections to the Rocket liners previously sent. We are shipping you a newer version at no cost to you.
We hope you will enjoy the new Bigger size!

I received the same message, and a couple of days later my new bag liners arrived. They are well made, fit perfectly and look great. They were also embroidered for free.

I don't know what happened with the first bags, but Brent fixed everything as soon as I brought it to his attention. And I now have an extra set of (smaller) bag liners.

All's well that ends well.

I highly recommend TLC bags. Please contact Brent Clingman if you want a set.
 
Those small bags look like they'd fit the cheapo Willy & Max bags that came with my bike, Dan. Would you let me know if you'd be willing to part with them?
 
I'd be interested in a set of the smaller ones too - if anyone wants to part with them, pls send me a PM.
 
They made it right and sent me a correct sized set of bag liners.

Absolutely nice bags, and amazing customer service. Highly recommended!

I absolutely would send them to you, Phil, but I'd had my name embroidered on both bags. My wife is now using them for storage in her car (jumper camples, tool kit, etc.).

I know that Brent would be happy to get you a deal on any of the leftover bags (there might've been a few), if you want that size.

I know this is a long(ish) dead thread; but in case anyone is looking...

Apparently TLC products is no longer is business. Their website is still up, but their phone number is disconnected and the email I sent just bounced back and I almost ordered a set!

Whew!
