R3T Chrome Bling project by Ishrub

Check out the rate,if it’s cheaper go for it,I’m not offended. If you still need the backrest, let me know. Could be cheaper to send it to Kevin, then relabel and send on. I’ve never sent anything down under.
Sensfan I will get rates Saturday for pipes and post it, if it’s cheaper to send to me I do get an employee discount with Fedex so however best to help the great ishrub im all for it

You must still have four limbs then, and we can shake hands and dance a jig when we meet.;):D
Cheers, thanks again and send me your address details too.

OUCH! Bit the bullet and my teeth are hurtin' ;):D

Au$650 delivered with scratches and with US$ Au$ rates now 0.645 via Paypal that is nearly US$415.

Pick up the light rim and springs today.
Only the most expensive items left are those bloody side covers. I realised at 4:00 am last night before going to bed that I had not looked inside the panniers to see if the side covers had been put there. Update Bugger!

At such a ridiculous price approx. Au$460 (US$312):(:rolleyes: each side now that the Aussie $ has plunged to a 10 year low due to esteemed world leadership:banghead::banghead::whitstling:.

I may have to test a member's jelly (jello) making skills and get some moulds made up or I may even go the sheet metal or plastic cover route. I have some cheap NOS painted Sprint pannier infill panels that would trim down to fill the hole and their inside mounting bosses may work as a fixing point.

There's a guy on the Honda SOHC forum that makes side covers for Honda CBs, might be a head start over finding someone to start from scratch.

Groovy Chromeline Rider Foot boards A9758158 scored new through Oz eBay today - through my parts research I have found that the America and Speedmaster footboards share the same footboard bases and the rubber inserts are interchangeable too (same with the passenger ones but not the rest of foot board mounts, levers etc which are different to R3T).

Not sure why they never released these for the R3T as they even have the same logo style as the R3Touring Accessory pannier trim blades and h'way pegs.

@Joesmoe has one of these on his panniers.

I actually have another set of these and a spare set of rubbers as well as a pair of matching passenger boards. @dealer has some now too I think.
