R3 cuts off going down highway

Has anyone every experienced going down the highway at 65mph and the engine just cuts off?

I can't help but state more info ,year,model milage.had a similar problem mine would shut off at different speeds sidestand switch was bad.

Do you have an Eastern Beaver? If not, then my first guess would be the ignition switch. Do the brake light and indicators work?
