Be sure to check all of the vacuum hoses are properly connected. It could be just something this simple.

thinking back, it seems like the bike was running good for the first 20-30 miles today and then after that it started to do the stumbling at those rpms...would it really be a tune issue if it doesn't do it all the time and only after riding a bit?
i'm really wondering if they did set my TPS...is there a way I can do that without screwing up there tune via the PC5?

Could it be bad fuel? Could it be that they tuned it to a 93 tune and I run 87? Just going for the easy stuff first...

Each throttle body has a plug cap on the extra port and teo on #3 give them a good tug as they stretch the might show dry rot cracks. Make sure you check the plastic union wher the three vac line meet the main map sensor hose
