Hi all, I threw a new set of brake pads in the rear caliper yesterday and the brake pedal is pulsating, Warped disc??? the bikes done 50000km and I did ride it for about 10 days knowing it was metal to metal but I didnt use the rear brake during that time. If the rotor needs replacing what good after market rotors are there for the rocket? any wave rotors? that'd be cool and Im sure cheaper than geuine.

I'd mount a dail indicator on the frame and indicate the rotor to see if it is Warped first. It could be your new pads need to wear in a bit.

Triumph service dept said he'd never heard of a rocket warping a disk, anyway 600 dollars for a new genuine rear rotor, I thought he was quoting in paso's but no thats dollars. I wouldn't pay that even if I could afford it.
