I have not but its simple. There should be no difference between the roadster and the standard/classic. Give a search on this forum for some suggestions Im sure there is a thread for it. Click on the search above and type in "rivco risers" without the quotes and look thru the threads. Also if you want to keep the cables in the stock positions you may need to extend them. But the threads will have all the info
If it is like the others (with the exception of the R3T) . . yes and no . . . if you do it right there is a kit that has longer cables and brake line. That said . . you can route your cables on the inside of the triple tree and disconnect where the brake line is clamped. Just be really careful on where you route them. Make sure the throttle and clutch work properly in all positions and dont get pinched.
