PSA: Held Air n Dry have a design flaw.

Yeah I’m sorry man, everything thing Icould find was positive feedback on these. Using all name brand materials not the generic knocknoffs. It’s a real shame they have that flaw in them.

I’d definitely let Held know and send the pics they’re an extremely well regarded company and I expect they’ll pay close attention to the failure.

In fact I’m going to contact them tomorrow about this, totally and incredibly unacceptable.

I have written Motocard requesting a refund. The card with the gloves from Held say they have a two year warranty - no mention of a refund policy.

I wish I could say "I'm surprised". Having visited their Madrid shop once - I would NEVER give them my money - unless it was monster discount (closing down style) and not available elsewhere.

Just got off The phone with them and they said call for a warranty replacement it should not be any problem and they were very apologetic about exactly at expect from a good company
