For Sale progressive 440,s

Why are the 440-4210C useless for us Ishrub ?
They appear to be a lightly damped and sprung version for what Kevin said the seller stated was a V-Rod HD which has a very different code.

Actually I went to bike bandit, put in the 440-4210c and vrod and Bonneville come up, a few others but I stopped there as I came to the same conclusion, they are designed for about a 500 to 600 lb bike, I think that you could get them fitted, but the engineering of the shock not up to the task of holding up 1000# of get you some widowmaker

There was a 412- and a 440- version for R3s using the same 4 digit code for spring, shaft length and damping. The 412 and 440 prefixs are the shock series.

The 2006 HD Nightrod one for example is completely different.
