Hi,
I beleived I was one of the lucky buyers to get my hands on the Evel Knievel edition. Receiving the bike was disappointing, no book no nothing with the bike fortunately, my salesman was able to get the signed book to complete the kit.
But on inspection of the bike there was a chip on the left side where the paint was missing. The salesmans advised Triumph and the said they would send a replacement tank. They received the new tank a few weeks later, but the tech didn't want to install it because it was looking worst than the original one, fume on the chrome and even rust spots. So I'm stilll waiting for the new tank and the paint peeiling keeps groing. Even new spots starting right on the top of the tank (right in my face)
Very disappointed I thought the tank would be cleared all over to prevent this kind of lifting. Does anyone else had issues with chromed tank with paint lifting of it
Thank's
