Passing MOT

I have the cat bypass and the accessory can on my R3 what am I going to have to do to the bike to get it to pass MOT this year? Will I just need to go back to the standard cans or swap both cans and bypass back out?

No probs with the cat removed.

Loudness is measured by the opinion of each individual tester. Mine failed at one garage last year, took it straight round to a Harley dealer who does mot testing, who passed it first time. Guess where I'm going this year :lol:

in all the years of having my bikes mot'ed the testers have never even started the bikes up,that includes having the rocket done in july with jardines fitted ,i guess its all down to how fussy the testing station is .

Most places will pass it if its a bike place.I always ask if they would fail it.I know a few round here who would pass it so ask some of your bikeing mates where you live if they know of a good place.

Coupla cream cakes first thing saturday morning always works plus take the legal number plate with you.

Sitting it on the seat is usually good enough for a pass. 8)
