Well the guy that said he will do all my grill parts and my spoiler out of alluminum he said that he thinks they are to hard for him to do because of the detail and how they flow together as one piece he said he just doesn't think he can do it. I said he could try to make it a little more ridjet and he said that he's starting a new job and with school he just does not have the time
But the good news he has started my tank and he did the scoop on top of the tank it looks so cool, he said he will try to finish my tank when he does he said he might find the time to do my bottom piece he said that should be easy
Well hope I could find some some else that could do this for me, maybe when I move to Utah that I could make something that would be more easy to duplicate.
I'm here in Seattle all alone my familey is all in Utah
I hope to join then in four weeks.
He did tell me there is a sand that is called green sand and they use it to duplicate stuff, that I make a box and put my vents in then poor this sand down on top and it will harden then take my vents out and it would make a print, then I melt the metal that I want and then poor in, and when it hardens I'll have my vents .
Sounds good.
Does any one know of this product?

Where is all the talent?? There needs to be some one that has worked with this green sand and that has melted down metals? I would love to hear your thoughts on this method.
The parts I made is really nice and I can't find any one that is good enough to pull these parts out of alluminum and those who says they think they might want's $90 an hour and won't give me any kind of price from low to high. I hope there is better talent in Utah when I move hope I can find some one there
And the guy that is doing my tank say he thinks the only easy way is to use this green sand that will make the inprint and then you poor the melted metal and this will make a duplicate of my parts? its sounds good I have seen a few videos on doing small things but nothing big. The guy that is doing my tank said he might be able to do it for me one day but hes so busy with school and his new job he may not even be able to finish my tank but he said he will try.
If there is any one that as used this method could you please give me some advice?
Thanks
