Hopefully, Owl won't spank me for this but I've designed and now offer a Paddock Stand for all the Rocket 3 models including the Touring and the new Roadster on the website. Owl actually helped me out with it. I had to make sure that the 1/2" drive was a universal standard. To that end, I PM'd Owl and he said it was, so it is.

I spent a whole bunch of time engineering it (couple of months) to be very functional and unobtrusive, that is, once the bike is on the stand, the lift handle (in this case your own 1/2" 13mm drive forged steel breaker bar) is removed and nothing sticks out to trip over. The stand is UNDER the bike, not sticking out.

I'm also working on a lift aid bracket that will follow the same double pin design but rest on the foot of the hydraulic jacks that are so popular with the Rocket crowd. My Lift Aid Bracket will be a joined double pin affair that won't cant sideways as you lift the bike plus you'll be able to attach it to your floor lift for even more stability if you desire.

The CLASSIC Polished Stainless Steel Radiator Inserts are also coming back after many requests. I had a terrible reject rate on the original insert, almost 50% so I redesigned the script logo so that it intersects the Rocket III logo at a slightly different angle and allows the beam of the laser cutter to make a clean intersecting cut. Best of all, the price will be reduced appreciably. I was able to obtain polished stainless sheets at a reduced price and of course I'm passing that on to everyone. Unless you look very closely, you can't tell the old Classic Insert from the New Classic Insert. Nothing has changed except a couple angles but that made all the difference.

Finally, though not on the website yet, I'm an authorized dealer for Dobeck performance. Dobeck originally designed and marketed the Power Commander, sold the rights to K&N Manufacturing (K&N Filters) and then K&N sold the rights to Dyno-Jet. Dobeck makes a plug and play EFI controller for the Rocket that piggybacks on the fuel injector actuation harness. It basically takes the signal the ECU sends the injectors, runs the signal through it's proprietary computer and modifies it and sends it back the the injectors. Tuning the Dobeck unit is a simple matter of adjusting a series of potentiometers with a screwdriver, just like the old days when everything was carburetors. Besides altering the A/F ratio, you can change maximum RPM and fuel trim. I have one on my Classic. It's the Tuneboy for the computer illiterate (me).

Any idea what the price will be on the rad inserts? I'll be ordering the paddock stand ASAP.
