I'm re-assembling an Engine here, is there supposed to be a spacer of some sort between the front Input shaft bearing and the oil pump sleeve that the roller bearing rides on?
When I push this sleeve back against the bearing the drive chain will rub on a machined part of the case's.
This will scour metal off and cause grief, I don't seam to have any spare bits and the manual is not very clear in this detail.
It just doesn't seam right that the chain would be that close to the case's.
I should mention that the Engine is upside down, sitting on it's head in these photos.
