thanks for that. whoever you are. i lost the message and don't know who sent it. will have to definately have to talk to techo's as they may be trying to give me the bum steer because i want to do it myself.

All Rockets have 3 drain plugs. One for the oil tank which will have the most oil drain from it and two to drain the sump. Up to engine #217501 the sump plugs were on the ends of the sump. From engine # 217502 onwards all the drain plugs are in the bottom. Tighten the plugs to 25NM (about 18 ft/lbs)

thanks paul, still confused as the techo's still say 2 only. and a previous post from "bob" says that 2 are all that is required and explains it quite well. i think it's in the techie section.
