Oil Light Flash

2012 R3R. Occasionally while downshifting, the oil light will flash on when the shift is made and immediately go out again. Does anyone else experience this?

Obivious Question .... have you checked your oil level, if so check all your wiring plugs around engine but most importantly at back of the engines head is a oil pressure switch, check its connections

Don't piss around checking oil level, oil leaks, & oil pressure sensor unit. May be a pain in the arse but if not done it could possibly be a expensive exercise.

Thanks for the replies so far. I had checked the oil level as per the manual and it is right where it supposed to be. What is odd is that it only occurs when downshifting, otherwise everything seems to be fine.
