'07 Mulberry Red, Carpentered & Bruted R3 Standard
Hello Rocketeers. For now my tag is XHombre, as I am a two-time owner of Honda's VTX 1800. My last "X" was totalled a month ago by a careless cager making an illegal lane change. I am seriously contemplating the R3. It is an awesome machine. Would you kindly direct me to the best forum to get some feedback on the Mad Dog slip-on exhaust system? Thanks in advance and I promise to change my user name just as soon as I too, become a Rocketeer!:)

XHOMBRE,
Welcome to the site.
More info here than you can shake a stick at.
Lots of great guys and girls too.
Do not, I repeat, do not take a test ride,
unless you want to be forever changed.
If you're bound and determined to test ride a R3,
by all means take your check book.
It'll save you time you could be riding.:)

Been there and done that, skip, and that's why I'll prolly buy the "teaburner'.

Doesn't anyone here have some experience with the Mad Dog exhaust? I'm wondering how it stacks up against the Jardine's?

It shouldn't require grovelling or overly repetitive requests to get some info or answers. I'm interested. Send me the info... or not!
