My Rocket (54 plate) has a just developed a noise from the cam. It has done just over 15000 miles.
Anyone else have this problem and better still a solution.

My thoughts would be it is possible need the plug in the tensioner to bring back the correct tension on the chain. Worse case scenario is the crank gear has developed slop in it. What year bike is it?

Noisy Cams issue

Thanks for your advice.

It was the cam chain tentioner, not quite on the next ratchet tooth.

A 20 second fix. Engine purring like a contented lion now.
