I have a 2008 rocket that wont start. everything works in regards to lights horn starter etc. But it appears as no spark or fuel. Fuses 2,5,6,11 good with power to the those fuse terminals. When attempting to start the fuel pump cycles up but and starter turns over but no spark nor raw gas smell in exhaust. I have gone through the schematics but have come up with nothing. Any thoughts.....

Fuel filter possibly?

Well aboard. I wish it was under better circumstances.

This is the first that I've heard of this situation. You say that it turns over but just doesn't fire.

I'd first try to jump start it. Hook up the battery to your car/truck but leave the auto turned off. Maybe the m/c battery is not producing enough voltage for the ECU to work. Unlikely but a first thing to try.

No fuel smell might indicate a clogged fuel filter. It's in the tank and a pain to change but might be your issue.

try tdragger idea. also you can put a small shot of starting fluid into the air filter if it tries to start you will know you have a fuel problem.
do you have an alarm system that might be causing a problem? if so it can be bypassed. (might be problem)
check voltage on fuse 5,9 while cranking.
if you have manual on page 18.20 shows relays on left side the front is (1) fuel pump relay #2 middle engine relay management #3 is cooling fan.
when touching relays you can feel them energize (that does not mean that they are getting power through them)
when you first turn ign on fuel will run about 2 seconds the engine management relay should be on at this time.
