okay, I had to order it.
I called them, I guess they were at lunch or something, but they called me back. The owner of Nexx-usa actually answers the phone, how cool is that. So, I tell him of my concern of it possibly not fitting and how I usually don't buy helmets that I can't try on first. He told me that he would accept the return with the 10% stocking fee if I don't like it.
Their website says that if the box is open, they won't provide a refund, but they will exchange, so it's cool that he worked with me on that. I also told him I would like to have it by next Wed. at the latest (so I can try it out in Maggie Valley) and asked if it would be here with standard ground shipping by then. He told me he will check when he ships it tomorrow, and if it won't be here by standard ground by Wed, then he will ship it two-day express shipping at no extra charge.
So far, I'm satisfied with the company... I hope the helmet is good.
