Nexx helmets

Anyone heard of Nexx helmets.
I found these today, I called them and they said that their modular helmet could be worn with the face piece up. They hava a chin bar to help protect your face if you go down. The helmet looks really good, but I haven't seen them around and am hesitant about buying one online since I've never tried one on. Anyone have any helpfull opinions?

I kinda like their X60 helmets. They have a sort of X-Wing pilot look to them.

yeah, I think I will get the x60 air, looks like it'd be good for a hot GA day and provide a little more protection than that tiny fulmer I have. I also like any helmet with built in sunglasses.


I'm trying to get ahold of nexx to see if they can get the helmet (x30) to me by next Wed. w/ ground shipping or if I need to get the ups 2 day shipping for an extra $60.... I'm already timid about ordering it w/out trying it on, and I sure don't want to pay an extra $60, but I would like to try it out in Maggie Valley if I'm gonna order it. Otherwise, I might wait till the dealership in Atl has one in stock...

okay, I had to order it.
I called them, I guess they were at lunch or something, but they called me back. The owner of Nexx-usa actually answers the phone, how cool is that. So, I tell him of my concern of it possibly not fitting and how I usually don't buy helmets that I can't try on first. He told me that he would accept the return with the 10% stocking fee if I don't like it.

Their website says that if the box is open, they won't provide a refund, but they will exchange, so it's cool that he worked with me on that. I also told him I would like to have it by next Wed. at the latest (so I can try it out in Maggie Valley) and asked if it would be here with standard ground shipping by then. He told me he will check when he ships it tomorrow, and if it won't be here by standard ground by Wed, then he will ship it two-day express shipping at no extra charge.

So far, I'm satisfied with the company... I hope the helmet is good.

I'll let y'all know in a couple of weeks.

I like the orange/black one too, but it wouldn't go well w/ my red/black bike.

The guy from Nexx actually called me last night to tell me that my helmet had shipped and would be here on Tuesday. I don't think I've ever had anyone call to tell me that something I ordered had shipped...

Hey duke, i have been trying to find someone over here that sells them, i want this one,,,,,,,,or the one above. How much are they over there in the US?



Cant find anyone over here that sells them, i mailed them yesterday to try and find a dealer here but they aint got back to me :x
