Hi i've taken some pics and they are in my attatchments but don't know how to post them for any one else to see them

You need to click the UPLOAD button.

if you already uploaded your attachments, click again on the attach item icon in the tool bar, your attachments will be listed there under manage attachments, click on the attachment and it will appear in the body of your message.
