I just bought a new battery for my girl.
It's a MOTOBATT QUADFLEX model # MBTX20U
Sealed gel, 320 CCA, 2 year replacement warranty, trippy universal posts.
The company has been around for over 30 years in Florida.
Cost me $95 delivered to CA - No core charge.
It sure cranks her over.
I'll keep you informed on the performance.
Here are the specs:

Voltage: 12V
Capacity: 21 Ah
Weight: 5.6 kg / 12.4 lbs
Dimensions: (L x W x H): 175mm x 87mm x 155mm - 6.875'' x 3.4375'' x 6.125''
Charging Current (Amps): 1.8
C.C.A.: 320

We fit Motobatt to all bikes needing replacements, and have not yet seen a return due to failure, reccommended for sure.

You know, why not just be done with the poor cranking power of a single battery....

...and wire up TWO of them in a parallel circuit?

One could contemplate using the OEM air filter housing as a place for a second battery, if you had already ditched the paper filter for the three K&N filters on the throttle bodies themselves.

Would have to measure that space though; to see if it is feasible.
