New 2020 R3 owner USA mods

Hay everybody! Just got the 2020 R3 and I'm loving it (What a beast) Only issue is the US spec indacuators, they almost as big as the headlight (****nhell) and the other is the rear fender. Looking for mods on both (fender elimination and signal replacement) Anybody done this yet? Any issues with led signal swap? Already in Fab mode for the fender deleat. Any picks or help would be great. Cheers
 
Test rode Sat, I was sold, getting it next Tuesday, you would never think this beast is not made for a little carving in the twisty. It is truly the best handling 700lb bike I have ever ridden.
 

You are going to get your back dirty if you hit water but it will look kool showing all that Cobra rubber. The light replacement of the factory bullets is a good contemporary upgrade. Bring it to Richwood for RAA West!!!!
