Navigation with Bluetooth module

I got the Bluetooth module installed because I didn't want anything attached to my bars and a quadlock system doesn't work with the Samsung folds.
So I finally got the music to work on my cardo freecom 4+ and tried to use the navigation to go get some ice cream. When in the navigation screen for the TFT, it would not tell me when to turn UNLESS I hit the dongle to have the little screen pop up. Does anyone know how to keep this little screen pop up to stay up fully? I sent an email to triumph and they said they aren't tech support .

I didn't even know somebody still uses that crap...

I do not know any user who was happy with the device - and as I am with you regarding "no additional things in my view", I ended up with a Beeline. At least it's fast to uninstall and very small...

Bluetooth module is worthless IMHO. Ive spent almost as much time setting it up as using it. Every time I stop to get fuel 100 yards later it just stops working. I now connect my phone directly to the helmet and use Google maps. I never found the navigation much use either. When I heard the bike had it I was expecting the centre screen to be a map but all you get is a bloody arrow. Sorry I can't answer your question because I haven't used it long enough

I mean, yes it's clunky and kinda dumb with no support BUTTTT I really like knowing what song is playing and who is calling me before I pick up the phone. I really don't want to buy a new device, I just want the screen to stay put.
