Works a treat mate , slots into the two holes under the centre of the bike , i just grab the bike by the right bar as i push weight down on the stand handle with my foot , bike goes straight up.
Once its up on the stand i just put a trolley jack under the front of the motor with a piece of wood on it, and jack the front wheel up off the ground if need be.
As for the DIN sockets they're technically better than the cigarette lighter variant, but I prefer the latter, it's more ubiquitous. I went with a Kuryakyn chrome bullet-shaped outlet right on the handlebars, and that works perfectly for USB power too (by putting a cigarette lighter to USB adapter in there.)
Smiles allround for me, just got a big box sent to work with Triumph printed down the side. It's like Christmas all over again , Phantom Black flyscreen , mounting kit, highway bars , 12 volt outlet and oval mirrors. Good thing the Mrs is working this Sat so i get the whole day to fit all that plus the longhorn highway pegs , then give her a good detail ( the bike not the Mrs , she gets a detail next weekend ) , will take some happy snaps of the end result
Yeah mitch got it from them , took a few days longer than normal because of their 4 July holiday weekend , but i'd assume normally you'd have it withing 10 days.
