I have several friends who ride big heavy cruisers (of a brand that will not be mentioned) so I asked around about what rear tire they would recommend.  All of them put on lots of miles so I trust their opinions, and several of them came back with a recommendation for the Dunlop AE2.
I like the idea of a multi-compound tread the has a harder compound in the middle of the tire for long tread life and a softer compound on the sides for grip when leaned over.
Does anyone here have experience with this tire?
