For anyone interested, here are the photos from my 6000km ride :)

Spent 20 days on the road, only one day with no riding.

Stayed in Pubs, Campsites and Motels, most we paid per person was $30:00 as we shared a room with three beds.

Only place that I wouldn't go back to is Wilcannia, sad place... Bordertown I would avoid...

Great Ocean Road was awesome, loved it. Great views, unfortunately it was freakin cold and windy but still enjoyed.

Had a couple of bike issues, mine was an ignition failure that plagued me for most of the trip. Caused me to drop the bike when I was doing a tight turn in a gravel car park and it snuffed. I lost control, went A over T and the bike had me pinned to the ground by the ankle. Busted radiator, indicator and a scratched tank :(

Picasa has a map showing where the photos were taken and the route we took. I have more to add but you will get the idea.

Enjoy....

Agh good old wilcannia I'm surprised the local natives didn't steal it while it was parked outside . All the truckies park a couple of k out of town down there lol

My first accessory that I ordered was crash bars to protect radiator also leaves room for you to get your leg out, Been there done that I hate small gravel in parking lots especially small gravel on blacktop parking lots. "" "" By the way I forgot to say great pictures enjoy seeing other parts of the world.

Did the Del Fuegos give you any problems :). Nice pic's thanks for sharing .

No, fortunately no-one took us seriously ;), rode through the Rebels a couple of times, thought maybe not a good idea:eek:

Police bailed us up a couple of times but ended up having a laugh with us!

Lots of people wanted their photos with us and even got asked if we were in the movie? Of course I told them we were, unfortunately I got Dudley

Hard to pull-up when you've been on the road for a big trip...well i always seem find it hard. If only a bloke could work out how to fund that lifestyle ... man you'd have it made... P.S got any photos of the Bullslapping :p

Great pix ...mates...:D Some of your beautiful country reminds me of Hawai'i with the mists, Eucalyptus, fine beaches and abundant flowers. Very attractive. Wish I could one day visit. Have kin in Sydney we see far too seldom (when they visit us here in the states). Nice bikes, great times, great memories!
