Pete I know how you feel, House, Office and car all A/C, spent the last few days digging a drainage pit in the back yard (Soil is clay with fist sized rock in it)
The heat is on thing!!!!!! But the humidity is the killer, plus I sweat like a pregnant nun!!!

Why do you want to be so far away from him..... have you something against Joey moveing closer... don't be selfish there is plenty of room for Joey on the South Coast.......Don't listen to Ruzz he doesn't want you to know that we live in the area voted the most live-able climate on the east coast of Auss some years ago, we don't have the extreme highs and lows that other areas have and even the humidity in summer is far less that QLD or even north coast NSW
It is a cool 2.7777 C here this morning....with a high of 9.4444
It has not been cold here yet....It need to get cold to kill some of the bugs.
I would love to live there....about 20 miles from nearest neighbor..be able to keep my horses and motorcycles......and GUNS...I have thought real hard about this..Of everything I have...the last thing I would give up is my guns. I guess it sounds stupid to you guys, but more than half of my guns were my Grand fathers and my Dads.
My Dad shot in competition for more than 40 yrs.. He won the Presidents Cup at Camp Perry Ohio. During the 60's & 70's His team was the one to beat if you were going to win there..I had the honor to shoot at Perry 7 times with him. In 1973 I finally beat my Ol'Man in the Individual Match at Perry....by 2 points......Hell from the way he bragged about me beating him you would have thought I had won First place over the entire event.
90 % of the guns I have bought....I could care less about them...Oh Well I guess I will stay here..
