I bought a Element SC-1 bluetooth helmet from Motorcycle Superstore while riding one of the side swivel pieces that holds the visor on decided to go for a walk, called motorcycle superstore to buy the part and the customer service was terrible, we do not carry that part , okay who do I call, we do not carry that part, that is not what I asked you please answer my question, you will have to call the maker, okay do you have a contact number, no we do not deal with them WTF, AT THIS POINT I HUNG UP.
I will be doing business with them one more time to buy another helmet take the part I need from it and return the helmet to them.
Sorry arse company when they have no contact number for the venders they buy from.

Searched through my paper work and the name o'Neal kept popping up, searched the web found a number called them and they could not be any more helpful if I paid them they were great, they apologized for the trouble and are sending me the bits I need right away no charge.
The moral of the story is MOTORCYCLE SUPERSTORE SUCKS

see my comment posted elsewhere. watch their re-stocking fee and refund policy....they are right up there (or should I say down there) with their customer service....YMMV

I go to the mfg of the item if I can. They are motivated to customer service where as stores pursue sales not service. I like the concept and saw your helmet at the last RAA rally. It's a shame they don't make a modular version. My crashed bod needs the protection. :(

That's what I do. The ratchet system (their term, not mine) on one of my AFX Helmets broke. I contacted AFX and they sent me a entire new assembly. Service with a smile. :)
