In case anyone is contemplating these, it’s a simple job; a little time consuming. Really like the tidy, streamlined look and glad to be rid of the bulky oem turn signals.
As I understand it, only the single flash units (not the 3-way’s) are compatible.
You don’t need an adapter harness.
I did need to splice the new lights to the old harness using the included waterproof splice buttons. I chose to do it downstream of the oem plug (preserving them), lest something come up and need to plug in factory lights again someday.
The repair manual sheds light on the process, but is not “necessary”. For the rear assy one just disassembles it completely and is self- explanatory. The dreaded blind nuts that spin and aggravate, can be grasped once you take the assy apart.
The front, one has to do some unplugging and lifting of the main panel above the headlights, but aside from being a bit cramped, is likewise simple. I added a couple inches of wire length here because the factory runs were silly short/tight.
Probably took 90-120 minutes each, front and rear, working at casual pace.
