Modified Triumph Flyscreen...
I wrote this up a long time ago-but here it is again:
Go to your favorite hardware store, find four appropriate hollow metal bolts of equal size, than appropriate screws to go through. I found ones with round flat heads to face forward, giving it a "stock" look. Also find rubber washers to attache on every mating surface to reduce stress and marring of the surfaces. Obviously, the round rubber washers need to be larger than the bolts.
What I have in that space now is a large camera bag zip tied with black straps and held permanently in place. Even when the cxamera bag is full, it hardly effects getting to the key-and is well worth it. It also raises and pushes the screen out further, making it a bit more effective at highway speeds.
