Where is a good source for the Tune ECU cable for 2005 R3?

Put in fresh fuel. Fired the beast up. Ran a little ruff until suspect fuel had been consumed from fuel rail. Sounded great and had no missfire. But !!! Than I noticed the engine management light was staying on. Temperatures were not climbing , so I took her for a run down some local twisties. Light stayed on. Got home , bike ran great. Put in the garage and removed negative battery cable. Next day reattached negative cable. Check engine light is still on? Engine sounds great . Now I now need some on-line wisdom about my engine management light staying on.

check the temp of the rad water ( make sure it's circulating!) should be hot in the overflow bottle after a run.If all seems normal ..& the fan comes on when idled for a few mins, it may be that the engine light needs cycling. That is running thru half a dozen normal firing up cycles to reset it.
