Soon I will be able to go and get my Rocket, but I have not finished getting my licence yet so will have to fetch it on my trailer. Its an Ifor Williams trailer, with a drop down ramp so I need to know the length of a 2013 Roadster to make sure its going to fit between the front upright and the ramp.
A google finds 2500mm / 98", but does this include the mudguard overhang?
If the front and rear wheels are securely up on the trailer, I might not worry about fender overhang. That said, the touring is somewhere close to 8.5 feet long overall. The wheelbase is 5.5 feet. Not sure about the Roadster. Your 2500mm figure then is pretty much the whole length. IF your trailer bed has around 6 to 6 1/2 feet the bike should fit with room to accommodate the front overhang

Yeah park the bike catty cornered, and perhaps let the ramp hang back at an angle, properly chained of course, and a red hazard flag tied to it. That's a redneck way, but I suppose there's rednecks all over the world. Failing that....does your dealer deliver?
The front "overhang" is the distance from the front axle to the edge of the tire. If the front wall wasn't there you have a little room. So catty cornering is the way to go, if you can't arrange delivery.
