I am going to put the three K & N's on my bike at some stage.Am i right in thinking that there are other K & N filters I have to get other than the 3 needed for such things as breather pipes ? If so , what are the part numbers I need? Thanks for any help on this....

Thanks Skip, but where do they go?One to a breather( I dont know where it even is yet! )......where does the other one go?
To protech the air temp sensor (very fragile) that is removed from the plenum you'll be removing.. I have mine hanging in front of the #1 air filter poking through the frame.

Well i guess i will follow Miami Daves walk through on how to do it and see how I go.Can anyone tip me where the best place is to buy K & N's?

I wont have the pipes for a while yet, so is there any drama with running K & N 's on an other wise standard motor?
I am guessing you might enrich the mix , hopefully the one and only Triumph dealer in my area can do that for me .

You'll run a little lean is all.
I'm sure your dealer can fix that in about 5 minutes.
Guess we need to do a group buy for tuneboy huh?
Oh yea, my apologies for not getting back to you on your question,
been taken care of though I see.
Yall ride safe.

If i am getting more air thru , wouldnt that make it run leaner?

Tuneboy bulk buy makes sense, but since they make em in my country , I wonder if i would be any better off than buying from them direct ,as i imagine you are thinking of a bilk quantity being sent to a US address then re distributed??

Yea you're right, I fixed it. Sorry, didn't mean to throw you a curve.
Glad you caught that. Thanks.
We already know one of the little filters is for the crankcase breather, and the other one is for the air/temp sensor and they shouldn't be dry, right?
We also know the RU-2780's shouldn't be dry either right?
As far as buying them goes try www.flipmiesters.com I've got all his products, they're quality and priced right.
Now I should state here I didn't buy my K&N's off flip that was a different deal and I didn't want to mislead you.
I Do however have ALL his other products and like I said, can't be beat for quality and price.
Hope this helps.
