Thanks for all of the information, the tension leads were good, couldn't find any vacuum leaks, injectors showed no sign of leaking, I have been wondering about the plugs, I have used one set of iridium with no issues, and on another bike they were a nightmare.
I ended up blowing out the tunes in the ECU and PCV, put the maps from Hanso back in, did the whole 12-minute tune thing, went for a ride out to the west end of the city to the bike show and back and it ran like the monster I know and love, no missing or anything, so I guess no I need to figure out why I have to keep doing this every 4-months or so.
