100% you need a new crush Gasket when you fit the new exhaust
As for me, I reassembled the IXIL exhaust with the gasket from the original one (my bike has very few km), it was perfect and it does the job. You just have to be careful to stack the pieces in the right order... (which I didn't do well and so I had to start the job again!) and, for information, I finally put back the DB killers supplied with the IXIL pot. Enough noise as it is...

Does anyone know where Ixil exhausts are made? I know it's a Spanish company but their website makes no mention of country of manufacture. Generally, this omission indicates that manufacturing is out-sourced, which usually means China. Don't know if this is the case with Ixil but it would be nice to find out as I don't want a Chinese exhaust on my bike, for a number of reasons.
The only systems I know of that are definitely not made in China are Werkes, which for me is far too loud, and the Dave Platt systems which aren't the style I'm looking for aesthetically.

They are made in Barcelona Spain

Installed this IXIl system on my 2025 Rocket 3GT. Sound is deep & not too loud. Fit & finish is good. I would recommend the Decibel killers If you wanted it quieter.
They are easy to remove if you want more growl.

I have had these for over a year and they had stood up well to the weather I covered the collector box with heat shield tape and I run with dB killers out.Have done the sport mode throttle body adjust to 100% and adjusted the A/F ratio just to richen the mixture a little. These pipes were good value compared to the other offerings on the market.

Do you happen to know if they are compatible with 2025 Rocket 3 Storm R? Ixil told me 'only with Y010 type' but when I search on internet, Y010 seems to cover only GT models from 2019 to 2024... Thanks!

I don't to be honest but having fitted mine myself I don't see why they won't fit a newer model be it either a GT or an r storm model .

I agree with you but gor confuse by their reply saying,

Hello,
Thank you for your message and your interest in our products.

Regarding the finish, at the moment the exhaust is not available in
black.

On the other hand, the 2025 Triumph Rocket 3 version is not yet
available on our website, but it will be added very soon.

To ensure compatibility, please verify that your motorcycle corresponds
to the Y010 type.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Kind regards,
IXIL Team

On the other hand, I looked at triumph site and it is a fact that Storm modèle for 2025 and 2026 use different part numbers for exhaust parts compared to previous years. Is it due to the move from 165 to 182hp along with euro 5+, I am not sure...
