HD is funny. I own a 2004 HD Roadster. As far as I know, they were only made for a couple of years. Basically a Sportster, but with a tach, and dual disc on the front, and a couple inches taller. Now they act like it's something new. I was thinking it might actually raise the value of my original 2004, which is in like new condition, but 34,000 miles.
H-D has been messing around with the Sportster forever. They have had a Roadster for well over 30 years. This is nothing more than an additional model in their lineup. It looks alot like the 48 though with bigger wheels a bobbed rear fender and bigger wheels. Not terrible, Sportsters can be fun to blast around on once in awhile. But when you get on one it feels a lot heavier than the Rocket. Stone aged engineering to this day at the H-D factory.
