Is this going to de-value my R3R ?

I'll stand corrected here but HD may have more right to the Roadster name than Triumph. I think Ford owns, they bailed them out from going bankrupt?

Ford had roadsters in the 1930's, with similar performance to the pictured bike... probably

Nice car, the bike?.... not so much.

Pontiac tried suing Triumphnover the Bonnieville... Any guesses on who won? Evidently, the Pontiac lawyers didn't know how old the Triumph line was...

HD is funny. I own a 2004 HD Roadster. As far as I know, they were only made for a couple of years. Basically a Sportster, but with a tach, and dual disc on the front, and a couple inches taller. Now they act like it's something new. I was thinking it might actually raise the value of my original 2004, which is in like new condition, but 34,000 miles.

H-D has been messing around with the Sportster forever. They have had a Roadster for well over 30 years. This is nothing more than an additional model in their lineup. It looks alot like the 48 though with bigger wheels a bobbed rear fender and bigger wheels. Not terrible, Sportsters can be fun to blast around on once in awhile. But when you get on one it feels a lot heavier than the Rocket. Stone aged engineering to this day at the H-D factory.
