Is there any way to adjust the height of the rear brake pedal?

Yes...there is a threaded rod that can be screwed in or out to raise / lower the pedal.....not by much but it helps....I have a Roadster and adjusted it upwards......it is easier to do if you remove the chrome fluid cover

That's exactly what I did...and you're right, there is very little adjustment available...I adjusted it up as far as it would go...made it a little better, but it's still too low for me...
