Well its been an adventure so far. We left for Roma, Tx wednesday morning to spend the night with my buddy's folks since they live right on the border...all full of confidence and excitement.
We left Ciudad Miguel Aleman, Mexico at 0500 Thursday morning head3d for Canada...
Just north of Topeka, KS mother nature decided we should take a break...
We rode in the rain for two hours and after spending the night in a fleabag motel in Nebraska City, NB made it to Emerson, MB, Canada...
Then started home. Now we are sitting in Watertown, SD waiting on Harley to open and fix the shifter on my buddy's bike...more on that later
I do kinda the same thing at home. I turn the stove burner on low and see how many hours I can sit on it. Same effect, and I don't have to deal with the weather
By the way...for those of you who would like us to plan rides in Texas earlier in the year. The picture below was taken in San Antonio, not far from the twisted sisters
That is our next big ride...the 100cc (coast to coast to coast in less than 100 hrs). Just have to figure out where to leave my gun while we run to the pacific through the Peoples Republic of Californistan
