Hello all, received my starter today, Amazon uk £118 delivered, unbolted the mounting bracket and gears, 4 bolts, 2 long and 2 short, had to shorten the shaft with the dremel by an inch and a bit to match the triumph starter, bolted back together to the triumph bracket and straight back onto the bike. It’s a bit bigger than the original starter, I have the triumph decat pipe and there’s just enough room (2006 classic). Pressed start and it spins up like never before, I’m well impressed
took about an hour.
