Ok, according to Ironworks magazine (July 2008) a UK company called Stellican, Ltd. has bought the intellectual rights to Indian Motorcycles and will soon be producing Indians at the price of $30,000 a shot. Well, (even though I lost my job to them) I am wondering where the Chinese entrepreneurs are? I would love to buy an Indian Chief for $3,995.

The new Rider mag has a full artical on the come back of Indian. verry good read....Hopfuly thay get it right this time, it seems thay are putting some well made parts and reworking the entire bike and keeping the Inian look.

Indian has been tossed around like an old shoe. Didn't some boat company buy the rights a few years ago?

Somehow, I don't believe there will be much of a market at 30 big ones. It will be a niche bike and they won't make it. You have to sell volume and price. Indian has neither. Triumph is struggling to get away from that status, especially here in this country.
