Imported from Detroit

There was a clarification from Chrysler.....they will be building more than 1200. No firm numbers but they are going to build as many as they can sell.

Imported from Detroit ? Oh yeah that third world city somewhere in Southeast Michigan. I hope quality materials are available and their people are trained enough to compete in the world market. You know like the company and people who make motorcycles in Thailand.

I'd have a Hellcat. Why not?
Oh yeah ain't got 61k++++++ for one in Oz, more like 100k Aud

Domiracer .. based on the new Norton . Can't spot thinking about how thrilling it'd be to take one for a spin up through the hills

I dunno, I get my speed/power/fun kick from a cheap (comparatively speaking) motorcycle. Cars are tools to get me from point A to B as cheaply and as ecologically as possible. My next car will be fully electric. If I had the means to buy a $61k car I'd probably also have the means to buy an $80k car - namely the Tesla S. These dinosaur-burning dinosaurs are the last dance of the high-powered gasoline vehicles. Impressive, but essentially flawed.

Actually a Thruxton wouldn't be too bad either. You don't really appreciate how nice they are until you get up close. Spent some time on Friday with one. Very nice. The Norton takes it to another level though.

Thanks mate , that's it. Making 50 of them.. new Norton be superb to ride with Ohlins suspension etc .. Domiracer be even better. Sexy looking bit of machinery I reckon.
