Ikon shocks questions

Who has experience with Ikon shocks? Good, bad or indifferent? How do they rate relative to the stock shocks I have on my Roadster? I am 6' and weigh around 250 lbs. Roadster seat height is currently 29.5" (stock). Thanks.

When I bought by 2006 Std, the original owner had fitted the short Ikons which lowers the seat a bit. I thought that they were OK.

However, when I went darkside, I started having issues with the tire rubbing the underside of the fender, especially when riding 2-up.

I refit the stockers and have the short Ikons in a box in the garage. For Sale: $150.

I've had the Ikons for 3 years. Got one leaker (more of a mist) but they fixed it on warranty.
I put about 26k mi on them and am still satisfied with them.

I got "authorization" to purchase a new set and did so. Black, 11.5" from New Bonneville. Can't wait.

Follow up report:

My Ikon 11.5" shocks are AWESOME. Ikons lowered the bike about 35mm in the rear and I had the front lowered about 12mm. No issues. I'm a happy boy. :mrgreen:
