Ya, he never completed even one pedal revolution. All that huffing n puffing was using his legs and arms as additional suspension!
 
I can't believe someone put all those dang rocks and tree stumps out there on the course. What a price to pay for a wipe-out. And did you hear all the cops blowing whistles trying to get him to stop. They made this look like a race, but I think that much effort only comes from a fellow trying to evade an irate husband...
