hey macrider why didn't you buy a harley? sounds like you want one. the bikes in that video are they harley's ? they do not look like any of the harley's i own or have owned, and the guy's riding them they do look like wanker's i don't know what a wanker is don't think its a good thing.one more thing the reason i statred riding harley's about 26 years ago is the same reasons i did not buy a new one . I WANTED TO BE DIFFERENT .

ok you don't want a harley . but they wil do a burnout if you know how. i broke the woodriff key on the main shaft of the tranny on my 85 harley stock motor s&s carb 84 to 89 have a tapered shaft not a splined shaft.

I have to say I saw a Springer sitting in the used bikes at the Triumph dealership here and almost rode it. It was beautiful. Only problem is if I bought that thing for a second ride I would never hear the end of it from my HD friends. I don't have a use for it anyway, just thought it looked different. Don't see too many of those.

Didn't say 'all' Harley riders are wankers , most of the blokes i ride with own at least one Harley. I have heaps of mates that ride them.. the mid-life crisis fad type newer owners are the ones i was referring to. Pretty sure you have'em in the States just like we do. Dress-up in all the HD gear and spend their weekends at coffee shops or hanging around the local HD dealership..them wankers as for the video , nothing right-sizes you like the guy you just overtook coming past you on his back wheel at pace

Not ALL Harleys are slow. There's not a lot between my Rocket and my Rod on the straight,but in the twisties it's goodbye Rocket. But nothin I've driven beats that Rocket Kick in the ass when ye drop the clutch. The Harleys my toy but the Rocket's my bike.

99% of Harleys ARE slow...maybe not the V rod but most Harley bikers do not consider the V rod to be a true Harley.
Some of my Harley buddies have installed something called a "Screaming Eagle " kit to gain an extra 3 or 4 HP. Some have also upgraded to a 103 C.I kit for an extra 10 -15 HP to bring the 65 HP up to about 80.
These guys are the ones that think they have the coolest fastest "Badass" bikes.
Just having fun here..its boring as I can't ride ....too much snow and bitterly cold here.
